2025 Spring Futsal Fridays - Spring 2025

Join SKA on Fridays at Municipal Indoor Gym in Balboa Park. Futsal is a great way to have fun improving your skills. This program includes weekly futsal games for 10 weeks beginning April 11. We accept individual players and teams. Deadline to register is March 14. After the deadline you are not guaranteed to play as space fill quickly.

What players should bring each day:

A large water bottle, flat-soled futsal shoes or regular sneakers and shin guards. 

Ages: Divisions for 7 years old to middle school

Dates: 10 week session held Fridays beginning April 11

Cost: $170

2025 Spring Saturday Futsal - Spring 2025

Saturday Winter Futsal begins on April 12. The session is 10 weeks long. Teams consist of a minimum of 5 players, we recommend a maximum of 10 players. If your child is new to futsal they can be added to a team. We accept individual player and teams. Deadline to sign up is March 14. After the deadline you are not guaranteed to play as space fills quickly. 

Ages: Divisions for ages 5-15 years

Dates: 10 week session begins April 12

Cost: $170

2025 Spring Soccer Class at McKinley - Spring 2025

This is a great opportunity for your child to have fun improving their skills. Class includes fun daily soccer activities, scrimmage games and a SKA soccer jersey. Kids will be placed in age-appropriate groups. All skill levels welcome. Class is led by licensed professional coaches. 

Ages: Kinder-5th grade

Dates: 10-week session held Thursdays March 6-May 22 (no class 3/27-parent teacher conferences and 4/3 Spring Break)

Time: 12:20-2:20 pm 

Location: McKinley Elementary Outdoor Field

What players should bring each day:

A large water bottle, sneakers (no open toed shoes) and their SKA soccer jersey

Cost: $410 for a 10-week session of a 2 hour class each week (includes a soccer jersey)

2025 Spring Break Camp - Spring 2025

Dates: Tuesday, April 1-Friday, April 4

Time: 9:00 am-Noon

Ages: 5-15 years old

Location: Golden Hill Recreation Center

Join us for a fun filled week of soccer and futsal. Our coaches specialize in teaching kids with positive and motivational instruction. Campers are placed in age appropriate groups for daily activities.

What campers should bring to camp each day:

A large water bottle or 2 small ones and a snack. We recommend cleats and shin guards but they are not mandatory. Also make sure your child has regular sneakers or flat soled soccer shoes each day too. 

2025 Summer Camps - Summer 2025

Summer Camp includes soccer and futsal training, fun scrimmage games and weekly special events. Kids are taught in a fun and positive environment. Campers are placed in age-appropriate groups for the daily activities. 

 What campers should bring to camp each day:

A water bottle, a snack, soccer cleats (if your child has them-they are not mandatory) and flat soled futsal shoes or regular sneakers.

Summer Camp Dates:

June 9-13

July 21-25

August 4-8

Time: 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Location: All camps are held at Golden Hill Recreation Center

Sign up for 1 day or all week

Ages: 5-15 years old

This is a great opportunity for your child to have fun improving their skills. Class includes fun daily soccer activities, scrimmage games and a SKA soccer jersey. Kids will be placed in age-appropriate groups. All skill levels welcome.

Dates: January 8-May 28 (except days school is out for holidays)

Time: 1:35 pm-2:35 pm 

Location: Birney Elementary Outdoor Field

2025 Youth Guest Player Birney After School Class - Annual 2025

This option is for guest players for after school soccer. 

2024-25 Soccer Class at Birney Elementary - Fall 2024

This is a great opportunity for your child to have fun improving their skills. Class includes fun daily soccer activities, scrimmage games and a SKA soccer jersey. Kids will be placed in age-appropriate groups. All skill levels welcome.

Dates: August 28-May 28 (except days school is out for holidays)

Time: 1:35 pm-2:35 pm 

Location: Birney Elementary Outdoor Field
